Bed & Breakfast Room Available Near Lima

I'm going to have to cancel a reservation I have at a bed and breakfast about 15 minutes from Lima. Before I call the B & B and give them the bad news, I'd like to have someone else to give the room to so the owners will be "a bit more understanding". The room is reserved for the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd and I believe the rate is around $95 a night. Here's a bit of detail:
