Saddlebag bungee cord tie points???

Guys and Gals:

I am trying to find a vendor of the tie points I have seen installed on the hard bags of other guys Beemer's at the rally's and other places.You know,like a camping tie-down point for your goodies and stuff. I did a Google search and also search here on this forum and on the BMW sport touring forums and I have drawn a blank. Probably because of the term I am using to call them is grossly incorrect...
I am talking about those black plastic hook things where you drill a hole in the bag and viola!! a bungee cord attachment tie point is at hand to use.

Any ideas???
