Had a flat. Replace tire?

Rear went flat, rode slowly about a mile to a place to leave bike and go get truck. Have not inspected as yet, should I get a new tire or if I don't see any damage just a new tube for my R90/6?

I see no reason to change the tire unless it is damaged from what caused the flat or riding with flat tire and it showed some damaged. Now would be a good time to change if it does not have many miles left. I have change just the tube many times.
