New (sort of)

Bits

New member
Hi, Not really new...mostly been lurking as a non-BMW owning member (2008 kawasaki Versys).
I have learned a lot and now have made the purchase of a 2007 R1200R. I feel ligitimate now, hence the post in the New Member section.
I live near the North Carolina Mountains,(Charlotte, NC), I am anxious for the weather to warm up so I can ride that R bike on the wonderful roads that abound in this most blessed motorcyling state!
The Versys has been fun...I expect the R1200R will be even more capable.
Thanks MOA Members for allowing non-BMW owners to join and get their feet wet!
