Mounting a Zumo 550 to '06 R1200GS

Tried searching for this, but couldn't find anything.

I want to mount a Garmin Zumo 550 to the GS and would prefer to mount it in front and centered (not handlebars). So, ideally I'd mount it just above the speedo/instrument cluster so that I minimize the "looking away from the road factor". There appears to be somewhat tubular (kinda flattened tube) that loops around the cluster...but I'm not sure what sort of clamp or whatever to use.

I plan to buy:
- Garmin Motorcycle mount (https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=1559)
- Motorcycle Power Cable (https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=1561)
- and the Ram Mounting Kit (https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=8130) if need be.

How you do it? Got pics?

Thanks for your help,

Bob
