92 K75S Clutch Question

My K75S has been used sparingly the last couple of years. She gets started and I ride her until the temps come up to normal. Went to take her out the other day and now the clutch will not engage until the lever is about 75% of the way out. All had been fine until now, the bike has 78k miles on her, clutch cable was replaced at 60k miles. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Check the free play at the lever. If it is about 7mm that is about right.

The cable might have stretched which wil move the engagement point further from the hand grip.
