Hi,

I'm looking to get a vintage 1980's Vanson jacket expanded a bit ... it is a snug 40 and time has crept up to me but I'd still like to wear it now and again.

Do you know somewhere that does leather work - perhaps a racing suit repair shop???

Any help would greatly be appreciated as I would like to find professionals. Thanks

Hi chilitech, where you have a Vanson product, you could send it back to scenic Fall River MA....they would be happy to take care of it. I get down there about once a year and they are still sewing right there in FR. Give 'em a call, they are nice people. Good luck, Gary
btw, I took care of the other post in the campfire section for you..

I'd recommend you find a local Cobbler. They have done some alterations on items for me in the past. They know how to work with leather and generally will tell you right up front if it can be done or not.
