Fettling update

Hi guys I recently posted about fettling the air box on my 2006 K1200GT to eliminate a high idle problem. I even included the instructions I had obtained.
Here is an update:

I did mine twice but the high idle came back. I'm now in contact with my dealer Calmoto in Mt View California where the Service manager has offered to try and get BMW to replace my airbox under a Goodwill program (it only has 14,000 miles on it.

So, it may work for some but did not for me.

Just want you guys to know.

Sorry if I got peoples hopes up unnecessarily :dunno

John
