Sidi Laguna Gore-Tex boots- Need feedback

I am considering buying a pair of these. These look to be great boots with Gore-Tex and leather instead of the normal for Sidi, Lorica. Cordura panels should help them breathe better than most too.

Please give some feedback of your experience with these boots. I am looking for a waterproof all purpose boot that breathes well for summer days. Will thses fit the bill?
