OEM tank bag repair?

I need some advice live in Boise, ID....I have the OEM tankbag on my 08 GS and the front little case / fanny pak has stretched the silly elastic straps so it fit way too loosely. Is there some body that can repair the situation and still retain the quality stitching and water proof liner?

Usually a bit more info will have a better result, in this case your state perhaps. One of the usual places is the local cobbler. I'll move this to the Gear section for you, It'll have a better chance of an answer there. Good luck, good to see you on. Gary
