Rattles make me crazy.
I figured out a lot of the rattles come from the platform on the back of the bike where the top box attaches. I picked up some light duty felt from Home Depot and did this (see photo - sorry it's a little blurry).
During last night's test ride, I heard absolutely no rattles. Very pleased!
