2012 - 40th Annual Missouri State BMW Rally
Rally Date: July 13-15, 2012
Dear Fellow Road Riders,
Only one week left, be sure to register for the 40th annual Missouri State BMW Rally, sponsored by the Springfield BMW RoadRiders Club, BMW MOA #8. If you are planning to attend the BMW MOA International Rally, Crane, MO is a nice stop over for a relaxing rally leading up to Sedalia.
Free Rally Pin to all attendees! Free Insulated Mug to the first 50 pre-registrants.
Rally Registration is $25 with optional meals, at a reasonable price. $15 Day Pass.
We are striving to make this years rally something special. As always, we will host a Dual-Sport ride on Friday, departing around 10:00 AM. We will have both Dual-Sport and Road Rides on Saturday both leading to Bentonville BMW for a FREE lunch, provided by Bentonnville BMW. We will also be awarding prizes on Saturday after Dinner with our largest grand prizes ever. Our Grand Prizes this year are: a $500.00 Gift Certificate to Bentonville BMW, a $300.00 Gift Certificate to Grass Roots BMW, a $100.00 Gift Certificate to Engle Motors and a $100.00 Gift Certificate to Gateway BMW. Many other prizes will be awarded.
Meals will be Beans with Ham and Cornbread (cookies for desert) on Friday night and our traditional BBQ dinner on Saturday with a special 40th Anniversary Cake with Ice Cream.
Endless FREE drinks will be provided: Coffee, Lemonade, Tea and Water. Ice will be available on-site this year as well.
Rally participants can continue to camp for free through Wednesday after our rally, leading up to the 40th BMW MOA Rally. If you are unable to attend but are on your way to Sedalia, stop by the Crane City park and camp for $5 per night. Bathrooms and showers will remain open!We hope you can join us again this year to celebrate our 40th Rally!
