1200GS input/output seals defective

2005 1200 GS with 41,000 miles. Below is the official BMW warranty print out of the warranty repair work done to my bike. Note the defect codes listed for each repair of the warranty repairs for my output shaft, transmission input shaft seal, Compensating shaft seal, new clutch, clutch cylinder and clutch seal. I am not sure if I should have been given the printout. This is just a summary of the printout, the original copy that I have has across the top"not to be distributed or shared with third parties except for specific information that may be required by law" Note: the mileage on some to the warranty repair is not correct. Has anybody had any luck getting BMW to replace the engine because of multiple seal failures?

Also, is there anyway to contact the regional service rep directly? I am not having much luck with the local BMW dealer. I have the bike back in the shop for because of the telltale signs of leaking engine/transmission seals. According to the service writer there is no way of knowing if the seals are bad unless you break the bike apart($1,500). Which means I will not know if the seals are covered by the 2 year parts and labor warranty till they determine which seals are leaking. A couple of the seals are 29 months old.

I would love to talk to someone other than BMW customer service(they are nice but have no authority), the local BMW service writer(not very nice and sees this as a problem he would rather not deal with) and the BMW regional service rep(that will not be contacted until the bike is broken apart, i.e.$1,,500)

Thanks for any feedback
