This is a very well done video by my good friend and fellow BMW rider Mundo Bravo. In the Fall of 2011 we headed for the Darian Gap.
It's 34 minutes, so grab a cold one, get comfortable, enjoy.

He makes his living shooting video for conferences, weddings, sports events, etc. He uses Sony video equipment but I don't know any more than that. I do know his camera is first rate.
He uses Final Cut for his editing.

Thanks for watching.

Excellent video, but I liked this one of his Alaska trip better. More about the ride and less about the trip...

This was shot with mostly with a very simple video rig. A small Sony HRX-CX560. This camera is about the size of a beer can , draws NO attention while you shooting but takes great video. About $750. Also used a cheap little point and shoot and my Iphone. I have a super cheap travel tripod from Wally World. The excellent still photos are from brittrunyon. The editing was done in FCP 7 on a MAC back here in the states. If your looking for a video camera for moto travel I'd suggest the CX700 which has a real viewfinder, wish I had got that one. Hope this helps.
