Nolan N-Com Blue Tooth Problems

I purchased a 2011 R1200RT with audio. I also purchased a blue tooth n-com device for my Nolan helmet. If I connect the phone to the n-com it works fine. If I connect the BMW audio to the blue tooth it works fine(Audio quality stinks but it stays connected). When I connect both it works until I take a call from the phone, when the call is disconnected, the blue tooth connection drops from both the radio and the cell phone. Anybody have a solution? Is the n-com just junk?
