My 06 GS got totaled so I put My 91 RS back together. Turned out really good for a garage paint job.

How is the exhaust system? (See recent post in this forum.) After all that work, hope you don't encounter problems with that component.

Cracked in multiple places. I found a used Staintune in excellent condition for $200.00. It's a little louder than I'd like but cheaper than other options.

I'm embarrassed! Yes, I now see you are the OP for both threads. Beautiful work. Hope the bike gives you many happy hours on the road with few problems. Good to know that Remus still makes an exhaust system for these bikes if the weld breaks. Since you researched it, can you tell us the cost of a new Remus exhaust?
