Riding Next Week in Columbia

My son (and myself, if I can swing it) will be riding next week in Columbia. Unfortunately, it will be on a rented bike and no BMW's are available that week. The rental will be in Cali, where we will be staying from Jan 19th to the 24th.

Are there any members here who currently live in that area and would be willing to show a couple of gringos around? Or, if not, does anyone have any tips for good rides around the Cali area? Any areas we should avoid? Any other tips would be appreciated.
