Looking for respected local mechanic near VB, VA

Just purchased a 1997 R1100RT six months ago. It's my first motorcycle and I've put about 1100 miles on it. Seems to be holding up well but I'm a new rider and would prefer to have an experienced mechanic check it out. Looking for a qualified and trustworthy shop to give it the once over (with list of findings). I live in Virginia Beach but would consider shops in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and possibly Hampton, to be "local". Any recommendations?
