I am ready, December 12, 2011

The past several weeks we have had temperatures in the low 30's with frost/ice every morning. Couple that with an eighty percent humidity level and it sure feels cold. To tell the truth I am ready for a warm up and some rain. I don't like being cold. At work in the shop I am wearing four shirts and still it is cold. A hundred degrees during the summer is much more to my likeing, did I mention I don't like being cold? Sure glad I made that last ride to Nevada, it really was the end of rides into "cowboyland" for this year.

Weekend before last Lyn got out her bike, a coffee stop was in order. About a hundred miles for the afternoon. Not real warm but sunny.

last weekend, Lyn and I , out for coffee...

Clouded up a bit this past Saturday, a slight sprinkle but no ice. I went for a ride! About a hundred miles with part of it off pavement thru the woods. Sunday was a bit nicer with broken clouds and sun. Again I went for a ride, off pavement and thru the woods. Today about a hundred and fifty miles, low to mid forties, so much nicer than freezing. I am sure cloud cover and rain are in the future.
