Have had my SRC for about 3 months and a few thousand miles. About a week ago, I charged it up, turned it on and then it would turn itself off. Discovered that it wasn't really charging and discovered that the red lights would flash on and off as I moved the collar when it was being charged. Turns out there's a failed connection inside the collar. Max BMW replaced the unit without any questions. Don't know what they found inside. Dont' think I abused it in any way.
