Richard, the 30+ year BMW tech will be retiring this year. Once he's gone I will have no desire to go back to Matrixx unless they find a tech with at least half his qualifications.
Richard has forgotten more BMW knowledge than most other techs hope to learn in a life time. He's one of the few that would let you come back and help out while he worked his magic. Im glad I'm getting my 24k completed by him before he's gone.
