If this were an actual Monster then it would have been overfilled with oil. The indicated oil level is good with the bike upright. But, as it is leaning on the sidestand, the indicated oil level should be below the sightglass. Still a nice model and nice photo. My Maisto Duc Monster model isn't nearly so realistic - but it was only $3 at WalMart several years back.
