Took my first ride with my new Nexx XR1R Carbon model helmet. Light, light, light, comfortable, had to get an XL compared to the L RF-1000. Noise was about the same maybe slightly less (I wear ear plugs so all helmets are pretty quiet). Vision is excellent, ventilation better than the Shoei. I decided to get the lightest helmet that fit well after having cervical spine surgery last fall. This helmet spoils you very rapidly. Placement of my Autocom was a breeze. Definitely a keeper, did I mention it was light?
