My brother was in town last month, we got a do a number of rides. This one we started off in Cottageville, WV, heading south on Cow Run Rd. which eventually led us to Rt 87. From there we headed up Rt 62 and hung a left north of Letart on CR 12, CR 7 to CR 11 that took us in the back way of the ammunition igloos where MothMan hung out. What sucks is the Feds and State felt the igloos should be buried as something blew up, I think. There were vans cleaning out the shelters, wonder if it was the Men In Black? Since the igloos were occupied we took it on ourselves to find a way into the Ammunition Factory grounds which were gated up a few years ago. Lo and behold, we take one of the many backroads through the McClintick Wildlife area and found a hidden road which led right to the grounds and found a hole in the fence. Nothing was out there. We spent all afternoon meandering towards Pt. Pleasant and shot back up Rt 2 around 9pm.
