They're spraying tar and dumping gravel between Sultan and Gold Bar.
Just a heads up.
Doesn't seem bad. Gravel get pushed out of the tire line rather quickly.

Up-date.

They're done for now and even had street cleaners out cleaning up.
Now there are gravel embedded tar snakes.

No worries.
I'll post if things change.

Sorry you have to deal with that road on a daily basis. I avoid 2 at all costs when heading over the to the east side, or heading back from the east side.

It's not bad off hours. I work in Seattle from Noon to Eight.
I never do I-90, too slabby.
Westbound 2 is bad on Sundays after 3pm OR any Holiday weekend.
There are mornings I ride over to Leavenworth for b'fast.

I live were many spend the weekends camping, The Cascades.
Good trade off.

More gravel/tar work in Sultan to Startup.
Mostly on the long straight-away by McDonald's.

Folks seem to be favoring the left heading east so beware of the right lane where there are two lanes. It's built up in the right.

Other than that seems normal. For 2 anyway. :hungover
