Yes! I agree. I walked up to Dave and told him I met him when I was 8 years old and my father used to ride with him. I'm 39. He asked me my dad's name. When I told him, he remembered my dad, what he rode, the little red headed boy (me), and all the details.

That was a real treat!

I was one of those noobs. Voni was very gracious...
And fun to spend some time with.
This was towards the end of the rally when I caught her on the walkway...
