Leaving Sat., the 10th for 4R Rally;

Any GS Riders want to join my departure, for however far you can ride? I'll be on pavement all day Sat. and will offroad it some on day 2 in Oregon, heading for my Monday arrival at Redmond. Clovis, CA departure, very early AM, wee hours I'm out a here. Beat some of the heat:). You're welcome to come along, meet up somewhere on the road, or whatever, if you want some riding partner a while. GSA1200. I'll watch here if any interest shows. Randy"Polarbear" Owens, GS Chairguy/Redmond2010:). PS; I've been giving the eastern side of NCal, leaving this state into Frenchglen, Oregon and so on to the NW from there to Redmond. Perhaps a LOT of dirt riding in that area(s) of Oregon. Later:thumb

Leaving from Reno on Sunday

Randy, I'll be leaving from Reno on Sunday, expecting to go through the Black Rock and up to Or. on 34 outside of Gerlach. I'll be on an 800. Let me know maybe we could meet.

Joe

Hey JOE;

Yeah, I'll be camping somewhere in the wilderness of NE California, Saturday night and hitting Oregon very early Sunday for some offroading adventure. Nothing too adverse for the fully loaded GSA, just some good dirt byways I can find:), heading for Redmond. If you can get away a few hours earlier, maybe you can find me and meet up in the border area perhaps. GSA1200 here and 559-288-2555c. Now everybody knows it:). Cells are not great in the outback, so try anyways. I actually work tonight and into Friday mid day, driving my 18 wheeler to Monterey and back. Call Friday(Tomorrow) mid morning and you'll likely find me driving the rig:)... Like I said, I leave here very early Saturday, like 4 AM'ish and may well come by Reno on my way. Probably through Reno by noon'ish Sat. I must make Redmond by Monday mid morning...Later, Randy"Polarbear" GS Chair/2010
