2004 r1200cl rear brake rotor

It's time to replace the rear brake floating rotor. Am I stuck with BMW OEM, or is there help out there? Any news on NOT using a floating rotor? Appreciate the feedback.

Buy the one from EBC. You have to use a heat gun or torch to get the ABS ring to come off, but other than that its not hard to do. See articles on Chromeheads.org
The EBC is cheaper and won't clang or gong.
