Kit was purchase during 2014 MOA Rally St Paul from DMC Sidecars of Washington.... I have a friend that is very skilled craftsman that let me help him do the install.... he purchased one as well and we installed together. I was only the gopher in the deal.

Hey Don :wave. That is really a nice looking rig! Please come by the house anytime and let us see it for real. :thumb
Hey Paul, good to talk with you tonight... I will do just that and will warn you as will...maybe Gail can have her famous soup and cornbread going...:)

Thanks for the extras Don. That is certainly, if I may use the word, one handsome rig. Color, trim, and accessories look like a perfect assembly.

I especially like the third pic from the left, on the top row; a 3/4 view from the right rear. Sometimes I think it is the back of a vehicle that makes a statement, more than the front; this one says, "all business". Coming up from behind, I'd be thinking, "What is this that I'm passing."

I like it. The only thing I'd want to see changed is the garage it's parked in...:)

R50/2

I did not build the rig. The bike was originally built by Anthony Longinaro as a cafe racer.

He sold the bike in the 90's to a BMW dealer in MO. who then added the sidecar.

I am the third owner.

Made a run down to Hico, Texas on Saturday, PI Day for what else ... pie!

Yep ... It was a very good day!

Ozzie's R69GS, dirt hack, circa 1985. Thought we'd join in the '49er Rally's English Trials, with three wheels instead of two, and he was just crazy enough to be my "monkey"! Ozzie's memorial is this Sunday in Chico, CA, at the Elks Lodge, at 1:30 pm. Long may you ride.

Where is everybody? Nothing since April. Must be out riding.

I just found this part of the forum. As the newly elected president of the USCA, and recovering from hosting the 37th annual rally- The Monumental Rally - in the Black Hills of South Dakota, I found all the pictures exciting. Check out what is available on the http://sidecar.com website. There are a plethora of cool pics and more to come. And - oh yes - you can join the United Sidecar Assn. on that website - a shameless commercial.
