So New York has an aggravated stupidity statute?

If that was the case the entire NY Senate could be locked up.

I imagine this guy will get a bunch of motor vehicle violations. If there's a follow up story I'll post a link here.
 
The bill from the hospital will get his attention even if the fine doesn't.

Imitating the pros who do this stuff on TV is plain stupid. They're at least getting paid for their inevitable broken bones..
