Droid and Zumo 660

Is anyone using Motorola Driod phone with Zumo 660? Does bluetooth work? Does it dial out through Zumo ok and autoanswer. Any other comments, Suggestions?

I have my droid working with my zumo 550 via bluetooth. I would think the drois will work with the 660 too. Might want to check out zumoforums website too.

I had a Droid for five days and it worked fine with the Zumo 550. Didn't try it with my 660. Bluetooth is a whole lot better than it was a few years ago. I wouldn't expect problems with high end current models.

+1 on checking Zumo forums.

The Droid works fine with my Zumo 550 except I can no longer access my phonebook. With my Blackberry, I had phonebook access. But the Droid does not seem to. May be because my contacts are considered to be on a "cloud" rather than on the phone itself. Otherwise, it works fine.

I used an ear piece until a few weeks ago when I installed the Autocom unit. Now the phone bluetooths to the Zumo and the Zumo is wired to the Autocom unit.

so do you go threw the helmets earpiece or a seperate bluetooth piece?

I have a Chatterbox xbi bluetooth setup on my helmet. It can go to the droid directly or via the zumo. I only use the phone when I'm stopped so running it through the zumo is just an extra step.
