I had my bike done by Mark Long in Fredericksburg. He does awesome work and I highly recommend him. He's at 68 Cool Springs Rd. Fredericksburg VA 540-899-6700. He is an award winning custom bike painter and runs a motorcycle collision center. He's also a hell of a nice guy.
