I agree. The date time stamp really completes the story, drawing your eye into the image in an oh-so-subtle way.

Four goldens. Three play constantly. Barley, my sidecar companion (Pg 12 of the February 11 ON) hunts constantly so I rarely get all four in one photo. I keep cutting back his food and he keeps getting chunkier. He looks like a bratwurst with a tail.

I discovered today that he was digging up potatoes from last year's crop (under three feet of snow, no less!) and chowing down.

The Cascades in January to get to Bend, OR - nothing feels like gravel on top of ice.
