To start with, I'm in Auburn, WA.

So, can anyone recommend someone close by that services mono shocks? i.e. refill the oil & nitro?

This really needs to be posted in the K-bike tech section. However, if you are asking about the stock K75 shock, they are not rebuildable.
 
No, not the stock shock. It is a Works Performance shock.
I was looking for someone close by in the Puget Sound area. If that fails, then I'll go ahead and ship it down to Cal.

In that case, I would send it to Works. In my experience with them they did a fairly quick turn around and did a complete inspection of the shock. They might even expedite it for you this time of year if you ask.
 
That's the way I'm leaning. At least I know it will be done the right way.
