So I dropped off my 1959 R60 at Re-Psycle BMW about a month ago and today I rode down there and had a chance to ride it for the first time in a long long while. The top end was basically renewed/rebuilt along with several other things (initial compression check came in at 60) and now she starts up on the first few kicks and rides very well. I know it is kind of out of sequence (plans have changed) I gave them the okay today to go over the crank, clutch, tranny, final drive and whatever else it needs. Financial advisor (wifey) has loosened the purse strings!!!! :laugh Riding it was a hoot!!! Tonight.....I am a happy guy!:german
