REDMOND and the GS Crowd:)

This year, Tenn. and "Ian" alias Visian, had the ultimate sight I think, right on site and it was a "markable improvement" above my attempt in Gillette,Wyo. at this. Of course we had quite the good time there also, but "Ian's GS Events" was quite the ticket, with BMWNA and all(many more) RIDERS participating this year. Two years running now for this activity and I HOPE it continues, because its really FUN:)....Redmond, as I recall from my first rally there, may not have the same venue for such(it may?), BUT we certainly are going to do something GS RELATED on or near the rally grounds, hopefully, in the same fashion as our two previous years. KEEP IT ALIVE, GS folks and we'll gather again in dirty fashion aboard our most expensive dirt bikes of the world:). Keep practicing, doing all the outbacks you know and bring it back to Redmond, PLEASE. I'll be there on my GSA1200, as in Tenn.:)....I kind a failed at my riding the courses this year(max points:(...), but I'll be back and probably better:). Happy Trails, Randy........PS; A personal THANKS to IAN and his Volunteers, BMWNA Staff and All the Riders. "A real dirty blast".........AND, for those GS guys/gals I know that missed Tenn., see you in Redmond:), for sure.......

Polarbear;

I sent two PM replies....We can stay in touch through the year and you have my contact info now:). Redmond will have some premier off road opportunities, throughout the area, but an on site GS thing may be a challenge, BUT not beyond us to give much thought to. On rally site for some GS'ing will be given a lot of thought again, even if we have to build it:). Dirt can be trucked and moved:), with permission? Its only money! Randy
