Just wanted to say hi. This is my first Beemer, a 2007 R1200RT. After buying this, my cruiser is gathering dust!!! I'm looking forward to the summer of 2009 as being one of long rides, and even longer adventures!!

Welcome to the madness. :wave

Glad to have you here and looking forward to reading your posts about the adventures that you will be having on your new bike.

Welcome Aboard barry5k :wave

Just about everything you want to know about BMW Motorcycles can be found on the forum. When you are looking for a topic or need a question answered the site's search engine is invaluable. There are two search buttons on the Forum. I have the best luck with the one located between New Posts and Quick Links.

New Posts . . . . . Search . . . . . Quick Links

Welcome to the forum Barry:thumb

Awesome riding location you are in, if you haven't already done it you should do PCH.

I did it by car a couple of years ago and wish I was on my bike.

Great bunch of stuff in the hex head forum.

again welcome aboard.
