F800ST Tire Mileage

Hey ST Riders,

Curious to see how many miles you guys / gals are getting or got on your first set of tires. Planning a trip and trying to gauge the life of my factory rubber.

Thanks for the info...

Doug

I toasted a set in about 2000 miles in the Alps on an ST, but I am brutal on tires.

9500, 10.500, 10,000, 8000 and a flat tire at 5 and 7 thousand miles on the rear. The front original lasted 13,000 and the replacement lasted 24,000 miles and now I have 13,000 miles on the front and it looks good. This is on an 07 800S with 50,000 miles.

I've got 7300 and the tires still look good with plenty of tread.
