Surf City Tech Day - 4/4/09 Santa Cruz, CA

Hey Darryl,
I was wondering if you were going to have one this year. :dance If the stars are in proper alignment, I should be finally able to attend. I've tried to go for the last three years. The first two years I didn't go due to rain (or potential rain). Last year, we had just brought our son home from the hospital a few weeks before. I haven't RSVP'd yet, since I need to get official permission from my social coordinator.

So far they're saying it'll be sunny and in the 70s. I sure hope that holds up.

I had to move it up a week this year because my BBQ Guru from New Mexico told me he couldn't do it if it was on Easter weekend.

So, come on down, we'll be here all day.

Cool. Got the official OK to head down this weekend. Now if I can just stay well long enough to attend.

I bought 45 lbs. of spare ribs today.

Come on down on Saturday, it will be in the mid 70s here and sunny.

Darryl,
You hosted a great event. Unfortunately, I arrived late and had to leave early. Consequently, I was unable to introduce myself and thank you in person.

Anyway, thanks again for hosting a good event.

Great pictures, fantastic event, and a lot of fun. Thanks for hosting this Darryl, and for the awesome Ribs.
Rick

Sorry I missed it. Instead of standing around with you guys, I was conducting a funeral for Tina's dad in Texas.

Darryl thanks for the event. I had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic!

You have made me love my bmw just that much more. =D
