    I thought the "early bird" incentive last year was a motivator for me...

    Sedalia was the first-and-only year the MOA & Foundation tried that. Unfortunately, some people who had no intention of attending the rally felt slighted, and there was some "angst" as a result.

    So the Foundation went a different direction with their promotions ...
