For anyone running from Denver west on I 70 there is paving going on west of the Eisenhower tunnel complex from the tunnel to Frisco. The pavement is being ground up so the road has some serious grooves in it. This goes for about 10 miles or so and will take most of the summer to finish.

Alternate routes are over Loveland pass but that is where the trucks have been detoured. It is a nice ride and the view is outstanding.
