Hey Gail... Nice vid, nice tune, nice editing! I've done the handheld recording before, but you're smoother than I am!

Thank you! Maybe a helmet cam this year?
Love your long shot picture above
It is shots like that that inspire people to travel out west. (and get better cameras)

The Next Curve

Just can't beat a country road with no traffic and lots of curves.

T.w.o. - r.i.p.

well, this was from a ride yesterday, less than 24 hours ago, so i hope it squeaks in under the deadline.....

If you haven't heard, it is the end for Two Wheels Only in Suches, GA. Not for lack of business, but for lack of a lease.

This iconic hang-out is a large part of many a riders' life, definitely of mine.

I've been riding up that way for 30 years but wasn't able to make their going away party last Sunday. So I swung on by yesterday and found the owners clearing out the very last items from the kitchen.

Owners Britt and GT were there, so I was able to express my condolences... they looked very sad. This just has to be awful for them.

Well, hope something turns brighter for them soon.... there is plenty of opportunity for a business like this in these parts.

Loop Ride

A short 300 mile loop near my home. US191 from Clifton to Alpine in AZ is on the best roads in the country!

This shot was just inside AZ along AZ72 just before the Mule Creek road drops from 6300 ft to 3600 ft.

A straight section of US191 ;-)

The ride went from 90 degree (F) weather to a cool 60 degrees at the top of US191 (9,100 ft).

Bob...

Okay, it was yesterday. It took a while to organize the pictures. A friend brought his R75/5 down from Ohio and we had a wonderful afternoon riding together. Taken along the rain swollen James River.
