Sheila

Just bought this lady in Maryland and drove it back to Chicago. It's my first airhead and I'm in love. I think I'm going to kick my girlfriend out and park the bike in the bedroom.

Just now starting to post a few comments and figured I better present my credentials. Been riding this R90S for about 6 years now. Bought it off my father who had assembled it from a project bike back around 96. This shot was taken last fall in Bluegrass, Virginia.

talked the nice man into a trade with some cash, mine for his...
his is now mine! i like the RS better, seems to have more power for some reason. the 88 had big flat sider mikunis on it...the RS is all original. a beautiful bike, for sure.

R100s

This is my 1977 BMW R100S - it is the same bike as the first picture of this thread. Since I initially posted the bike, it received frame-up TLC from Tom Cutter of Rubber Chicken Racing Garage. Thanks Tom.

New Bike

I've been riding for 30 years... started in the dirt, moved unto the street, mostly Honda's with a Yamaha a Triumph and a couple old Harley's in the mix. Picked up this '92 R100RT last fall with less than 6k on it... probably paid to much but all I keep wondering is 'What took me so long' ???

Another R60 ... another crazy painted frame.

Why do I feel like I need to "rescue" these things? It sure is fun making something worthwhile out of a pile like this.
