Post a picture of your hexhead.

Had no complaints of Hexhead, we still have the S and R. Have ridden several Camheads and Waterheads and still believe the Cam got it right. Both GSA’s have Enduro Tranny, but the new guy does have a different torque curve. I have been looking for a low miler for a bit and spotted this in Marketplace right as Covid happened.
H said she would wait for next deal to replace her Roadster... and bought me a birthday gift! :love
Sat on purchase trying to work logistics for more than a month.

The PO, still a member, is retired Navy, and former pilot. He took care of it to say the least. Had no qualms about first voyage towards TX. Looking through records, he had lost the left roundel a few years back... I evened it out with lost right on trip. Only issue and so minor
Spent last few days swapping things over and getting bike registered, I’m ready for “NEXT” which was CA next month for a now postponed wedding. And the Rally that was this weekend.

My 2007 BMW R1200R I picked up last March with a little over 12,000 miles. Went on a cruise last week and stopped at a George Webb once I realized I finally got over 24,000 miles on her!

My 2009 RT (Champipple) also picked up in March with about 15.5K miles on the clock...

Thanks! I looked at several used RT's and this one stood out with the heated RDL and large top box. Not bad for $7000 - and from a BMW dealer nonetheless!

If you are into touring you will be able to run all day with no aches or pains if those saddles fit you well. That bike is made to do that but the stock seats are good for two hours only for most of us. Great find. You are going to love it.

I've already logged around 500 miles since I got the bike. A few longer rides validated the comfort. I've been LD touring for years on different bikes (this is my first BMW). I've never found a stock seat that I liked... I'm really looking forward to some multi-day trips on the RT!

Finally joined BMOA, if only for the tire hazard program. This is my bike below 13 90th Anniversary. I test rode a 2020, it was amazing, but the wife would kill me. Besides, I’ve gotten used to doing the maintenance on this. Coming up on 72k miles. Bought it with 19k in 2018

Bought this bike new in Denver. Currently has 48,000 miles. Best motorcycle I’ve ever owned…

im all in

I Love the handling ,smooth torque experience with my new 2020 R1250RS- its an amazing ride, i have always rode k bikes all of them , I've owned 8 in the past.
Never thought id be so happy with my new ride but im very pleased indeed.
Funny thing i never even test rode this bike prior to purchase, i was looking for a lighter ride nimble twisty carver.
I decided to throw the towel in to long distant multi state iron butt style riding since im turning 64, traded my 2nd k1600gt in for the new ride and it all worked out for what im looking for. i guess a new chapter in life for me118087203_10220910840579876_6973248114074885093_n 2.jpg121787204_10221327929366835_8276600852649025338_n.jpg

Hey Roadcrave, glad you love your 1250 RS. Beautiful color. Like you, I'm a long time K bike guy, having had six of them and still have my 1300S. I too recently purchased a r1200rs. It's being shipped from Arizona to my home in Oregon as I was unable do a fly and ride because of other commitments. Looking forward to riding around the volcanos in the Cascades and the coast highway. Cheers.
