After market brake rotors for /6

Greetings-

I've had it with used brake rotors- just purchased another warped one.....

What do you recommend for OEM replacement? I was thinking along the line of EBC floaters.

Any suggestions or comments?

TIA

Steve

Pardon, I don't have disk brakes on my /6, but I wonder, are the rotors no longer available from BMW? Or, if they are, are they exorbitant in price? I often wonder, because at one time, BW offered an upgrade for the R/60 to include single front disk brake conversion.

I've used EBC rotors, and like them. It's a simple, bolt on swap. The EBC carrier bolts to the BMW hub just like the stocker, and the rotors are held by floating pins similar to late model BMWs, allowing the rotors to move around slightly. I've had good success with EBC brakes, even on my airhead sidecar rig that's pretty tough on brakes.
