Love my Sargent
Bought a used 04' RT with the BMW comfort (?) seat and a Russell. I am 6' and the Russell was too long a reach for the ground at stops because of the wings. Spent a lotta time researching all the options and I bought a Sargent. Over the summer I have put about 2500 miles on it, solo and two up, and I am real happy. After the first day ride on it, it started feeling better each time I would ride and that is still the case. Great customer service from Sargent as well. 17 days from order to in my hands. Wife is real happy on the pillion as well so I can recommend it with no reservations.
