A couple of videos to show that gals go off road, and what we do on our trips...i am also including a video of where NOT to mount a camera...all about trial and error and I seem to be getting the hang of using different mounts for different views etc....practicing for the next big adventure and future ride report..

Leslie, those are some very cool videos! What camera are you using? In the ones where the shot moves, are you just moving the camera from place to place? Or, do you have 3 cameras?

just have different mounting positions...so I change the cameras location....one cam different mounts!:clap Oh and I use a Contour GPS HD1080p camera....love it!

Thanks!

I'll look into that one. I've seen the Hero Cam, but don't care for it being rectangular. Yours looks very nice. Any details on it you can add? Like, mounts you like, hate, etc, model if there are options. This looks like it would be fun on the bike, race car, etc!

here is the link to the Contour site...you have a few to choose from...I have the latest GPS HD1080p version.

Stay away from any of the plastic Contour mounts...they bite the big one...use ram mounts and the Contour flat mounts work well for the helmet or flat surfaces. I like the Contour versus the GoPro because of the shape and also in the near future you will be able to insert a Blue Tooth card and use your i Phone as a monitor and also be able to adjust the cam settings via your phone not just a computer. I LOVE this feature and that makes me love this cam more!
