havent seen a motorcycle cover like that, is it a true cover or a modified tent

It is a folding cover for motorcycles called a Bike Barn. It is not packable, but is fairly lightweight.

Pretty easy to assemble. Well made. The nice thing is that you can pull you bike into it after a long ride and cover it at once, without waiting for the motor to cool.
