Twist the Throttle - BMW

tinytrains

Still plays with trains.
I just finished watching the BMW episode of Twist the Throttle on HD Theater. What a cool show. They really showcased the history of BMW. Although they seemed to forget about the boxer after the K's came along.

If you have not seen it, watch for it. Last week was Ducati, next week is Kawasaki.

HD Theater has a lot of good motorcycle shows on Monday night, including Isle of Mann coverage.

It's a good series and the bmw episode is no different. It just needs to be updated.

Has anyone seen the Twist the Throttle series available on DVD? I would love to buy the entire deal!

I watch very little TV, don't have cable or a DVR..... which is why I am asking for a buyable set.

It's on youtube. Type in "Twist the Throttle" and scroll down to the one for BMW.

I saw it the other day - very very good.

Suprised they specifically did not speak of the 1200RT or the 1300GT/S

Still great history and awesome roads

Definately worth a watch

Can anyone tell me who the content provider is? (Channel information) I'd like to see if it is available anywhere in Canada for the big screen on anything but Satellite.

It is on the Discovery Channel's "HD Theater" channel.

Don't know what you have up north, and at least on Direct TV, you need an HD Receiver to get it.

Check out the YouTube links above if all else fails.

Scott.
