Trike rental in Italy

Starting to research a trip to Italy and want to ride in Tuscany. The wife doesn't like the lean on a bike, so a trike might make it possible to get her to ride with me.

Does anyone know of a place to rent a trike in ITaly? Good has not been that helpful yet.

Hate to break the news, but she will have to lean MORE on a trike so she doesn't get thrown to the outside.

On 2 wheels she can stay neutral as the cornering forces will just push her into the seat, not try to throw her off.
